Drilling of second geothermal well started for the Trias Westland project

Within the Trias Westland joint venture in the Netherlands, drilling of the second geothermal well at a depth of 2.3 kilometers has been started

A further 30 horticultural companies (now 56 in total) with a total size of 100 hectares can be heated sustainably in the future. What is unique so far is that 345 additional households in the district of Liermolen are connected to the heat supply. The new geothermal source is expected to be operational in the second quarter of 2021.
